USA Orders & Shipping

At Ahrora, we take pride in ensuring that your orders are handled with care and dispatched promptly. Our products are shipped within 1-3 business days using trusted carriers such as DPD, Post Nord, GLS, UPS and DHL.

European Union: Please allow 3-9 business days.

Rest of EU: Please allow 4-12 business days.

International Orders & Shipping

Delivery Time: Please allow 1-2 weeks for delivery.

Please Note: Payment of additional duties and taxes may be required before your order is released from customs, depending on the delivery address.

Holiday Shipping Notice

EU: Orders placed on or after December 15th may not arrive by December 24th / Christmas.

International: Orders placed on or after December 3rd may not arrive by December 24th / Christmas.

 

Returns & Exchanges

Shipping Costs: You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.

Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Time Variance: Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

High-Value Items: If you are shipping an item over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item, but we are here to assist in any way we can.
